My dad (who’s been sober for more than 2 years), gave me his wine cooler / refrigerator. I’ve never been a huge fan of wine, neither am I a connoisseur, even though Uruguay has quite some good Tannat and Malbec wineries. So there I went, yesterday, to a local cellar that sells by the box, mostly, but also has some fancy Argentinian, Chilean, Uruguayan and Californian separate bottles at a fair price.
I had this one last night:
I googled before and people said it was better if it was oxygenated 30 minutes before. I used a decanter. Too stingy imo.I’m having this one now right now:
Juicy, round, plumy. The cheapest of this batch. It is produced in Uruguay, a couple hours drive from my house.And these will have to wait till next weekend:
