    Monday (60 minutes)
    - Chest
    - Shoulders
    - Abs

    Tuesday (45 minutes)
    - Legs
    - Abs

    Wednesday
    - Day Off

    Thursday (60 minutes)
    - Back
    - Biceps
    - Triceps
    - Forearms
    - Abs

    Friday (45 minutes)
    - Legs
    - Abs

    Saturday (90 minutes)
    - Circuit Training & Supersets
    - Chest
    - Shoulders
    - Back
    - Biceps
    - Triceps
    - Forearms
    - Abs

    Sunday
    - Day Off

    • Jeez, that seems like a lot. I do a full body 3 times a week (bench, squat, row, chins), and cycling when I can. Sometimes skipping weights for more bicycle.section_014
