    Had the astra vaccine. Super low energy now. Not 100% effective, no conclusive evidence on it’s effectiveness on the newer strains = I’m happy to continue being an introvert.

    • 'double mutation' strains are just both common mutations that the vaccines have been proven effective against in one strain...kingsteven
    • more worried about the no guarantee of lasting immunity etc. make sure you get plenty of sleep, i worked through and ended up getting sick from exhaustionkingsteven
    • AZ vaccine is 100% effective at preventing death from covid.monospaced
    • Vaccines are just boosters to the immune system, you still need to take care of yourself generally
