  The survival rate has increased, thanks to the lowering of the age of hospitalized Covid-19 patients but also to the use of dexamethasone, a synthetic corticosteroid, in the treatment of the disease. But there is still 1 in 10 patients who die from Covid (half in comparison with the Christmas period 2020).
