I brought my 2014 Imac in to get my hard-drive replaced, it was a 1tb fusion drive, but when I look at the specs now it looks like they installed a 1tb SATA drive and a second 121GB flash drive, I'm guessing this is ok as the fusion drive was a hybrid of the two but more concerning, is that now my mac has this weird boiling water sound coming from it.
or pigeons. or pigeons boiling water, i don't know but it's a little off-putting.Should I bring it back? seems to run fine though.
- "A Fusion Drive consists of two separate drives—one hard drive and one solid-state drive—that are “fused” together. Apple uses software to create a single volumgrafician

- Put some candles under it to prevent the water from getting too wet but be sure to use a heat tape gunnb
