After coming back from the lockdowns people want more home-office days. We already had a day-off on Fridays what was possible by optimizing productive work hours from 5-6 to 7h min.
Last year everything slowed down and the productive hours dropped back to 5-6, which was fine because clients also moved more slowly.

I don't know how to motivate people better while they're sitting at home, cooking, doing laudatory while "working". The worst thing that I realized today is that people coming back to the office are more tired than before the pandemic.

    • We are all very tired this days... I'm getting serious problems motivating clients and collaborators too. Not easy to achieve a "dynamic" work environment now..OBBTKN
    • Best way to motivate people, tell them that if they finish their work early, they can sign off. So if they have a 3 day project and get it done in 1...shapesalad
    • .. they can clock off until post the original deadline. You'd see me clicking the mouse button faster than 200mph... boom, done in an hour, cu later.shapesalad
    • keeping people in the treadmill of work, just grinds down their motivation until they are barely productive.shapesalad
