drag and drop is fine for rad development. but it's better suited in buiding simple windows applications or debuggers. when i'm programming in c++ or win32, i always have a rad app tool at my disposal, but in the web world, i see no practical use for it... unless of course you build programming 101 insurace calculators for a living.
