Ok, just watched Godzilla Vs. Kong with my son on HBO and it was fun as hell! We watched Kong Skull Island again last week, which was good as well, and King of the Monsters the other day, which wasn't as good. This new one though, holy shit, very entertaining!

- i thought some of the origin stuff was weird and not to my liking but it was cool to see kong in a strange new habitat. the fighting was savage funStoicLevels

- Thought the Journey to the centre of the Earth type sequence was good, the rest of it not so much. Was/is more a kids movie I guess.webazoot

- I miss the guys in rubber suits walking around a set on fire. Those movies had real life stakes.lemmy_k
