    • Aren't the marble cards the equivalent of a picture of a mural and the NFTs the exif data of that picture? In any case the NFT is neither the picture nor mural.palimpsest
    • Marble cards are profiting from providing a platform to make money using other people's work in their cards, like printing other people's work on t-shirts.palimpsest
    • But technically the NFTs are NOT the cards themselves, so it's not even the cards that are being sold.palimpsest
    • So Marble Cards can argue that they are not printing t-shirts and selling them. They are more like Pinterest and sell NFTs as a side hustle.palimpsest
