Cryptobros: "If you ain't gonna monetized your work as NTF's you are stupid, disrespecting your fans and let us do what we want with your art."

    • 'marble cards' lololmicrokorg
    • Aren't the marble cards the equivalent of a picture of a mural and the NFTs the exif data of that picture? In any case the NFT is neither the picture nor mural.palimpsest
    • Marble cards are profiting from providing a platform to make money using other people's work in their cards, like printing other people's work on t-shirts.palimpsest
    • But technically the NFTs are NOT the cards themselves, so it's not even the cards that are being sold.palimpsest
    • So Marble Cards can argue that they are not printing t-shirts and selling them. They are more like Pinterest and sell NFTs as a side hustle.palimpsest
    • I would love for Amazon Prime to take them court so we can see what people are really buying when they are buying NFTs.palimpsest
    • Pretty sure the ppl that buy the tech bros are thinking they also own the artwork by now LOLgrafician
    • I think the emperor has no clothes and he's auctioning off his greatest outfits to the clamor of the people.palimpsest
    • This is exactly why NFTs make senseESKEMA
    • so is this the let us make NFT's of your intellectual property because of all the exposure it gives you stage of the grift?jonny_quest_lives
