Anyone build a proper garden room / office?

Been watching YouTube videos of folk making timber framed garden rooms/offices either set on concrete or raised from ground on drilled piles. Doesn't look like anything too challenging as long as you have the time, the right tools and a thought-out design.

A large garden room (office, small half pipe and shed incorporated) would be around £30k but self build would be way less than a third of that.

    • When I read this I thought a garden room was a garden inside a room but it's actually a room on a garden.
      The more you know.
