    The Mrs. & I are off the booze for Feb.

    It's been great other than us both losing it 1 day (anger, emotion, etc.).

    Booze intake escaped me for a while there; tried to taper a few times but it ended in some legit withdrawal, sweats and eventual relapse...

    ...This is the longest i've gone in years without it and low and behold a lot of my anxiety I was drinking away was actually being caused by the booze itself.

    Reiterated what I knew long ago:
