I've just found and ripped a cassette tape of the original session with Birmingham band Novak. All 7 of them squashed into the tiny old studios and recorded 4 songs for The Garden in May 1997 a full 2 years before they recorded their only other radio session for some chap called John Peel. I will be mixing the tracks into a new mix for broadcast in a few weeks time for my show and I can tell you now that they sound really good, this is one of their lovely singles.
