RE: Momentum video.
It's easy to say in retrospect that we could've/should've/would've done all this. I'm in no way defending this government as they have seriously fucked up, but being such a central hub for world capitalism it's understandable why the government did exactly what it did and proved yet again that the economy will always be put first over people's lives. We are fucked, because so many people are still saying to anyone being critical 'well how would you have done things better' - protecting the Conservatives yet again from any kind of scrutiny. I'm not a politician, or a scientific advisor so how the fuck should I be expected to know what to do - but if we're supposed to be the all powerful nation our Boris thinks we are, then these figures and the consistent lies and the spread of distrust in political rhetoric proves time and time and again that the UK is actually FUCKED. Who really can hold the Government accountable when on live TV he's saying "I'm truly sorry and I do take responsibility for all the deaths in this country" without any weight or meaning to those words?
