    Had an amazing time training BJJ with these kids from the slums here in Brazil. Some of these kids are so poor it breaks your heart. But they are sweet and lovely in every way possible and mad respect to my jiu jitsu fraternity out here who invest in projects like this.

    Was a totally spur of the moment decision to come out here and do this, but the next few months are already shaping up to be a life changing experience like I could never have imagined.
