For many months, The NY Times has broken down the numbers in a variety of ways. One of those ways is to separate states and territories into how they’re trending.

    For example,
“where new cases are higher and staying high”
“where new cases are higher and going down”
“where new cases are lower and going up”
    Etc.

Today, Jan 11 2021, I saw something very alarming.

49 OUT OF 50 states fall under “cases are higher and staying high.”

    Nowhere are cases going down.

    Continue to brace yourself, America.

    We have not peaked.

    • Nope - given that here in Blighty we're doing things better than we were (and likely better than you guise) and we're far from peaked - yous are a way off :\Nairn
    • Yeah but we have vaccines now’ we have an artificial peakscarabin
    • who the hell still reads NYT in 2021? That's like hitting yourself with a 2x4 and claiming it's for motivation.pr2
