To be clear: no one has limited Trump’s ability to speak freely, to make public statements, to share his ideas.

There has been zero limitation on his right or ability to free speech. Zero. He is as free to speak freely as he was last week.

“Yes but but but no one will hear him because Silicon Valley won’t allow it,” you say.

He’s the fucking President of the USA! He can call press conferences at any moment, as often as he likes, and his words will be shared throughout the world. After Jan 20, he’ll be the former president and most news will still cover every single thing he says in public.

    • The reason he prefers Twitter is that his only true power is his ability to rile people up (on all sides) and Twitter is designed for outrage.

He can still make statements via his staff or head to the briefing room himself. It was good enough for previous Presidents...

    • but that would require him getting his nose out of the crushed adderall and putting some pants on.jonny_quest_lives
    • He still has the actual POTUS twitter account active... but that's not the one he cares about... He wants the one he can use to reach his terrorist army with.jonny_quest_lives
