what I don't understand is this, you loose the election in Australia and most other countries, the next day you are out..
why drag it out for months after?

seems like all this could have been dealt with if November 4th Trump was escorted out of the office. clean and simple

    • It's called Freedumb.utopian
    • because Australia is tiny and you can count its votes overnight with six people in a highschool cafeteriamonospaced
    • granted, that is pretty much how we do it.. but still..autoflavour
    • I mean, California alone has a 50% LARGER population of your entire country. Just for perspective.monospaced
    • Are you saying the number of vote-counters in Australia and the US are the same? Because that's pretty dumb.i_monk
    • Canada, nearly California's population, counts all fed election votes in one night. Shouldn't California be able to? And therefore every state?i_monk
    • the democracy will be televised (in mini-series format)fadein11
    • nobody counts all votes in one night, because not all votes are in at the same time on the same day, canada includedmonospaced
    • the reason it's dragged out in the US this time is because it was challenged repeatedly, recounted, investigated, and challenged again and againmonospaced
    • But the count ended awhile ago. It wasn't months. It was less than a week.monospaced
