    in the last few days only suddenly i send e-mails from gmail and there are CCs to other people.
    i know gmail "suggests" recipients but putting them in without my consent is outright stupid!

    • i must have pressed enter or something but 3-4 times in the last week? it never happened to me before.renderedred
    • They recently activated a few automated 'smart' features, none of which are smart. There was the option to deactivate them, on the web client at least.face_melter

    • found something, turning off "smart reply" in settings > general is supposed to turn any recipient suggestions offrenderedred

    • Yeah, they had popups a while ago outlining all the bullshit they were going to add. I only scanned it and automatically said no. Leave my fucking email alone.face_melter
