    This is me but iam not fat yet. i feel iam on my computer 15 hours/day... i dont move much wich is not a good thing at all. Winter has started and its very tough to get motivated to go outside with the cold. and i work from home so i dont even have to walk anywhere. I need to fix this

    • it's always cold at the start but once you start moving you'll warm up. I ride my indoor bike during my lunch breaks every other day on Zwift.dorf
    • Last year I was walking 10-15 km a day. I'd pick out an interesting destination in the area, walk and do photography. I've fallen off this year since I'myuekit
    • stuck in a hot country but I think it becomes much easier if you can work exercise into something productive instead of just running like a hamster at the gym.yuekit
