If I have 1000$ in Bitcoin and i've made 500$ in profit for a total of 1500$

Is it a good idea to withdraw 100% of my money if it drops to 1000$ and reinvest when the drops is over ?? Or that make no sense?

    • Just HODL Bennn, HODL! It will go to 1 MillionNBQ00
    • i fear it will drop like in 2017Bennn
    • Take out $1000k. You've now reduced your capital risk to 0. Then hodl, for 10+ years. Your $500 could be worth $5 or $5k or $5m. But your risk is always 0.shapesalad
    • If things drop, you can buy back in with your capital $1k, and derrick when it ramps up again. Keep doing that, while holding the profits long term.shapesalad

    • but my investing drops to 1000$ and withdraw it, i have zero in there, not 500$. that 500 is goneBennn
    • oh ok, i think i just got what you were saying. yeah, make senseBennn
    • Don't invest more than you're prepared to lose. if you're worried about a grand then take it out.SlashPeckham
    • move it to a stable coin like tether if you want to do a trade like that. more than likely it will be more stress than it's worth.inteliboy
    • Tether? LolNBQ00
    • it's trading not investing.
practicing is not bad if you want to learn something.
