So the texture and model work in Cyberpunk is pretty fucking amazing. These are from my desktop PC, with a six year old i7 4K that is, at this point, coughing up blood and a 1070 which is punching so hard above it's weight it should be fucking illegal. 1080 / 60 was out but with some fuckery I have it running locked at 30 with no dips and everything on a combinaiton of medium and high settings.
I have yet to try it on my 2060 laptop with ray-tracing. I'm going to go fucking bananas right away and ramp everything up to Ultra and sit back and let it heat my entire apartment :D
- Parts still look like Generic Kitbash Future City #4 but the overall art direction, especially the desert and industrial areas, is mint.face_melter
- I stole a bike and went on a drive at night around the highway that does a loop around the city. The perspective of the world they created is phenomenal.SteveJobs
- I'm running an RTX 2060 and can just barely get raytracing lighting (medium) and reflections with DLSS and turning down some less pertinent settings.SteveJobs
- Brand new gaming rig build and already looking into a graphics card upgrade :/ This game is an absolute beast. Feel bad for devs having to optimize for consolesSteveJobs
- The gfx settings are strange, some have barely any impact whereas some can kill performance. And combinations of those do all types of things.face_melter
- Some people with really high-end setups are reporting low perf. whereas some with middling are running at 60+ with no hassle. Perils of PC gaming I suppose.face_melter
