If the virus is confined to history in Summer 2021 then there's going to be some epic parties and festivals.
By means of an apology to the people of the UK for completely f*cking things up by not reacting fast enough to the outbreak in the first place they should temporarily suspend the 'Criminal Justice and Public Order Act of 1994' to allow people to party however they please.
No happier memories than illegal festivals and outdoor parties that last days on end! :)
