i made that schweinshaxe bindegal posted a couple of weeks back. bloody awesome, tho i stuffed my face and now feel quite ill.
meat sweats, fat sweats, you name it.- It's one of my go-tos in Bavarian restaurants and pubs. Sauce is best made with a dark beer, though.Continuity
