Guys. I'm an old man now.
For 15 years my process has been the same when it comes to making a website. (1-2 a year, not many) I've been designing websites in illustrator/photoshop to get sign off then build 3 pages in CSS/HTML using Dreamweaver. I pass these to the person who builds the thing in Wordpress/Joomla. And creative direct from there supplying graphics and tweaking the CSS files.
Is there a much better way to do my end? Indesign XD, Sketch Figma?
Which one and is it worth the extra $$ if not using XD as I have AdobeCC?
- I'm not even a web person, but XD is the tits and you can get a solid amount of work done there in the design stage.monospaced
- They’re all good. I personally use Sketch but XD or Figma are great too. Depends really on your workflow and preferences. But if you have CC go with XD.NBQ00
- XD is free.ArmandoEstrada
- XD is ok, Figma is better, especially with collaboration. InVision Studio is good too, and you can link files from Photoshop.Sellies
- Figma! But yes the apps mentioned let you do a ton of stuff that photoshop doesn’t. Still need Ps or something to edit images, though.nb
- Using Figma you could possibly skip the entire Dreamweaver step in your process....nb
- Learn Figma, you'll never look back.zarkonite

- XD and FW!OBBTKN
- XD is an easy move from Illustrator etc. Figma is more powerful but XD will cover most of what you needDaithi
