- prepare and eat + drink something easy while looking at the desktop and booting up a tablet for the work calendar (qbn)
- walk the dog w/o bike 5.10-5.30 (dogwalrk+qbn)
- look at the desktop - usual news, qbn, yt, discords (just the news)
- 6-6.30am to 7-7.30 go to a bike ride (instead i'm sitting here in front of qbn and all the news sites, chats etc. available)

- Start reading RNS's or whatever they call it where you live at 7am, pick out standout news (patents gained, profits up, mou's etc).shapesalad
- Make a watchlist of said interesting stocks.shapesalad
- Look at their charts later in the day.... see how the market reacts to news.shapesalad
- Those that react well, research fundamentals and list properties in a google sheet.shapesalad
- Eventually you'll have enough data to be able to understand with a degree of probability how a stock will react to news.shapesalad
- Once you have hard earned money riding on a stock, you will be 110% awake and focused.shapesalad
- Profit and retire early.shapesalad
- So your new schedule = read RNS's 7am. Watchlist and research until 7.50am, decide where to invest. 8am market open pound the buy button.shapesalad
- Sell around 8.30am having gained at least 20% on your investment.shapesalad
- A few weeks ago, by 8:05am on a £7k stake, I'd made £2.3k. Sold, logged off stock app. Spent rest of day on a lovely natural high.shapesalad
