    Meanwhile, the Democrat advantage in the house of Reps is vanishingly thin, and it's seems unlikely they'll take the senate. So, even if Biden does win, he'll essentially be a lame duck president, because nothing he wants to enact (sans executive order, that is) will ever get past congress or the SC.
