Televangelist Pat Robertson, 90, has warned in a broadcast that violence will follow Trump's election win then a period of 'extraordinary peace' before an asteroid strikes Earth 'maybe' bringing 'the end'. The elderly preacher's so-called 'prophecy' included a claim that President Donald Trump would win the November 3 election 'without question' but that civil unrest, assassination attempts against him and a war against Israel would follow. In still more bizarre claims, Robertson said that the unrest would be followed by 'at least five years of extraordinary peace' and before the arrival of an asteroid strike that would 'maybe' bring 'the end' of Earth.- A prophecy just isn't a prophecy, unless you have an asteroid thrown in.Continuity
- I mean, that's just lazy, clichéd prophesying, right there.
Asteroid. Pfft.Continuity - He's 90 years old, probably used that grift 100's of times in his life.PhanLo
- But he could have mixed it up a little, right?
Instead of war with Israel, how about with Vanuatu?
Instead of an asteroid, why not the moon colliding with us?Continuity - Shake it up a bit; these 'Israel and Asteroid' numbers are old and tedious.Continuity
- ^Hehe, true. :-)PhanLo
- I got it, I got it: instead of war with Israel, let's do Liberace rising from the grave, leading an army of undead bent-over Elvises ...Continuity
- ... all of which still have their trousers around their ankles, stinking of peanut butter, banana, and bacon sandwiches.Continuity
- lol continuityfadein11
