    What's your opinion:

    If you're applying for a job at a large corporate firm, in the section "Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability" - do you think it makes you more or less likely to get an interview if you say you have a disability?

    In theory it shouldn't change anything, but in reality... what do you think the net outcome is?
