As much as I despise Parscale, why the fark did cops think it was necessary to tackle him like this? Talk about escalating a situation that didn't need it.

    • Oh I dunno he'd been barricaded in his office for several hours, his wife reported a gunshot in addition to being hit, she reported multiple firearms...jonny_quest_lives
    • This officer who showed to get him out apparently was a "friend: of his... So you have 8 to 10 officers who've been on seen for a view hours tired of his shit.jonny_quest_lives
    • Yet he's taken into custody perfectly safe and no rounds fired... Why doesn't every police encounter involving a male who discharged a weapon end this way?jonny_quest_lives
    • Bodycam footage released immediately... Two different standards of Law Enforcement in this country.jonny_quest_lives
    • Is he armed other than with a beer can? Fark me...if you think THIS is the way to diffuse a situation, I give up.BusterBoy
    • Miami Herald article is behind a paywall... but it's identical to this:jonny_quest_lives

    • I don't understand much of modern US policing these days... I do remember my first visit to Denmark in the mid 2000'sjonny_quest_lives
    • and being shocked at how quickly the police there would put hands and or strike drunk people to deescalate the situation...jonny_quest_lives
    • Personally I think if Brad Parscale wasn't caucasian and this was a different neighborhood this would have ended differentlyjonny_quest_lives
    • and that is why America is fucked.jonny_quest_lives
    • because guns.cherub
    • haha in the context of this clip it does look like they tackled him for the sheer hell of ityuekit
    • That was barely a push, he was asked to get on the ground 3 times. A game of touch football is rougher than that, I think you're reading too much into this.zarkonite
    • And look at how nice they were when they picked him up, I haven't seen too much of that lately. Looks to me like he's being treated like a VIP.zarkonite
    • It takes about 2 years and 4 months to for the basic police officer education in Denmark.
De-escalation is a major part of the training.
      Nutter
    • Dude is a giant at 6'8" and everyone knows who he is there, total double standard...whatthefunk
