Can be nice if instead of just a blurred version, you fade a version that has ben dodged and blurred.
Make another layer in pshop and set the layer to color dodge, blur it a bit.
Then fade it in from brightness 100 to 0, then from alpha 100 to 0..
Just my 2c..
