    Might rob a bank later this week - it's not 'really' breaking the law according to our prime ministers way of looking at things.

    It works like this:

    Steal £10k in cash from a bank = You've robbed a bank in a limited and specific way.

    So it's ok.
    No jail time.

    Limited and specific is the key to avoiding any time behind bars.
