Smoked beef sarnie, inc. sesame courgettes, spring onions, miso mayonnaise, smoked cheddar, chilli oil and pickled fennel.

It did seem a bit excessive but I had a bit of time and it was tasty. Made a right mess of the kitchen though, 'all that for a fckng sandwich?' said Mrs T.

    • Out of curiosity: smoked beef in Australia, what can you compare it to? Something more dry-cured like a ham, or closer to, say, smoked then steamed brisket likeContinuity

    • Missed those, sorry Continuity - it’s essentially pastrami but with a bit of Aussie food wankiness on topMrT
