more people than you think get this. what mal said makes alot of sense and those links (holisticonline.com) say good stuff too.
If you know what triggers your panic attacks, that could be helpful in stopping them. Or preparing yourself. e.g have something on u that calms you a bit, like a photo, something religious, somthing lucky...etc.
Always remember it WILL pass and u won't always feel like this.
