So you've had it brundlefly? How did you stop yours Mal?

I got mine from a reaction to Vicodin after I got my wisdom teeth removed and probably extreme built up stress. I just woke up one night feeling like I was having a heart attack. It came back a few times during the week. I found that beer made it go away and it seemed to only come when I felt more stressed. The doctor said my heart was fine and it was a Generalized Anxiety Disorder. He gave me a bunch of valiums to calm down before this Prozac related crap he gave me kicks in. He wanted me to take Prozac for 6 months and then ween off of it. I'm basically refusing to take any of it. Especially Prozac. BTW, I never get depressed and don't want to mess with that part of my brain anyway or depend on some crap drug to feel normal. It's been extremely mild anyway since I stopped thinking I had heart disease or something. I'm taking vitamins, etc. I've pretty much realized that it's all in your head and your own fear feeds it and and makes it worse.

I'm thinking of ordering the linden method.

It sounds like it works well. I wish someone would put it on P2P.
