"I created this image 2 years ago just after watching Black Panther. Coming back from the movie room, I was completely euphoric, feeling motivated, excited and my wish to become an actress was more than ever reinforced.
The media always show the same when it comes to portray Africa. Hunger, thirst, wars, poverty, misery, illiteracy. Even if these elements are part of our realities, they dont represent the totality of it as they want make the world believe.
seeing Africa represented in a positive light in this film, with our aesthetic extremely well presented has made black panther mean a lot to me. To this day, it is my favorite film. The entire cast was gorgeous and chadwick was the perfect black panther. Knowing that he accomplished everything he did while fighting cancer increases the immense respect I already had for him. Thank you for making people dream, for your strenght and all the goods you did. Death is never the end. Rest in peace."
