yeah, cutting back on sugars, and eating whole grain breads, and maintaining a good diet can make an enormous change in the way you feel...
most people that suffer from panic attacks are actually suffering from some other sort of ailment, low blood sugar, diabetes type 2 thyroid issues....all of these can make you feel very panicked when you are just actually sugar crashing or the like, and all of them can be controlled thru diet.
try adjusting your diet and lessening perhaps alcohol & sugars intake, made a massive difference for me :)
