  ^ @nb I've seen it done before, but I just had a go at 'de-oranging' his face, based on the skin tone around his eyes (that obviously don't get sprayed).

  

  
  

  

  I'm guessing he gets his face blasted by a makeup artist before any engagement where there are cameras present. Either that or it's just a residual build up of Cheeto dust.

  • it's probably a tanning process, like a spray tan or similarmonospaced
  • I also think that "before" photo is exaggerated ... he isn't THAT orangemonospaced
