Just for fun. Let’s say this is a real post and not a scam. Is land actually this cheap here in California? What would be the catch here? Zoning laws wouldn’t allow to build? No utilities? No roads? Taxes?? Insurance? Indian burial grounds?? Seems crazy but awesome at the same time. Lol
