    The Chinese are a plague

    A large fleet of 260 Chinese fishing vessels are in the waters surrounding the Galápagos Islands, off the coast of Ecuador. Galápagos is a sensitive, protected Unesco world heritage site, as is an area of 188-mile radius surrounding it.
