Trying to decide on something new for creative hobbies:
Fuji 50-230mm zoom lens (my longest lens these days is a 50mm prime). This would be a nice and cheap addition to my lens lineup, and we’ve got some wildlife areas near us full of birds and the occasional deer.
A Mavic Air 2 drone. Never flown one before and have gotten more and more interested in them, but afraid it would just collect dust, as most good opportunities to use one are a drive from my house in forest preserves and surrounding lakes and ponds. Could be fun in the winter after snowfalls, be an excuse to get out and do some more hiking. Interested in doing more video for my music project, so it could be fun.
Any of you have drones and if so how often / how little do they get used? The mavic air 2 is appealing because they sell them at the Apple store, and I’ve got an Apple / Barclays card with no interest financing for the first year.
