Dorin Cioabă - the self proclaimed "King of the Roma people" but widely accepted as, is in the hospital with coronavirus, both himself and his wife got it.
He delivered a message to all Roma people "to listen to the doctors, to go and test themselves and if positive for coronavirus, to stay in the hospital to get treatment"
