Good points. It's truly overwhelming, even to someone like myself who has been doing stuff on the web for 20 years now.
If I can get these traditional print teammates to understand responsive grids, fluid and fixed layouts, box model, accessibility standards for color and type, and basic motion to help them think through designing for interactivity, I'll be successful.
