Unilever is pulling all its advertising from Facebook, Instagram and Twitter for the rest of 2020 "in support of a campaign that called out the social media giant for not doing enough to stop hate speech on its platform".
Coca-Cola just announced it will also do the same "for at least one month".
Shares dropped of course and Mark Z. already hit the brakes and put reverse and announced some changes.

- Pointless. Smokescreen to virute signal for companies to cut funding without alarming shareholders. Perfect smokescreen********
- same way politicains use press to cut policing simply because no funds. and get kudos for vs what the fuck we paying and getting less from taxpayers.********
- Cut funding to what? How were shareholders not alarmed? How do you function in society if you’re this stupid?monospaced
