As of 2:40pm EST in Philly, the protests, violence and looting is no longer contained to just the center city area is it was yesterday. People are now looting and rioting across the entire city. There are police and ambulance sirens blaring non stop. The national guard was just called in and they are beginning to shut down all highways, bridges and public transportation. A citywide stage of emergency was just declared.
