Paper from Korea - "Findings from Investigation and analysis of 108 re-positive cases"
TLDR: no actual viral particles, can't infect other people.
Seems to be many reasons why patients can test re-positive but getting it again and actually being symptomatic would be down to severe health/ immune problems or no longer having antibodies due to the time between infections.
