We're getting our connection swapped over to Fibre Optic next week, which requires a new router. Now on the third attempt at having one sent - first had delivery attempted but no 'we missed you' card, so I was none the wiser and it was sent back. Second has been sat in a depot in cetral London for two weeks now.I've been assured they simply won't turn our copper connection off, but given how this has gone so far and how long its been going on for (2 months?) I suspect I'll suddenly be cut o----

- we upgraded, new router plus engineer visit to upgrade the master (phone) socket. if the socket isnt upgraded then the chances are the broadband wont workBluejam
