Trump intentionally delayed acting on Coronavirus to allow the virus to become a true crisis in America because he knew we would mostly be rid of it by late summer and it will help his chances in November because no matter how bad a President is during a crisis, when the crisis is over it appears like he had something to do with getting us out of it.
