  Taiwan, still only 6 deaths. Population 23.78m

  UK population 66.65m, so if we followed Taiwan's procedures we could be looking at 16, maybe 17 deaths.

  Instead... 26097 deaths.

  Taiwan is geographically a lot closer to Wuhan than the UK.
