    My iPhone?

    Unable to activate.

    Doesn't activate with my iPad (didn't even know I had to use another device to update a different device - scratches head)

    Doesn't update with iTunes.

    Do I need to update my Mac OS? 10.14.6 is what I'm running now and I don't have time to have Adobe CS breakdown on me either.

    Apple wants me to call their support from my phone that doesn't work (scratches head again, feels blood)
