These numbers are fundamentally wrong. The source "McArthur and Rasmussen" does not even exist.
2020/2021 USA: $116m/y
2020/2021 China: $57m/y(While USA's spending has been stagnant, Chinas payments have been rising, 2018/19 was $38m from them. The payments are according to a countries population and wealth. So no wonder why the USA is dropping their payments according to their wealth (lol).
